New Campus Pastors at Alcance
Andrés Arroyo and Viviana Villalobos are a young pastoral couple with a huge passion for serving God and raising up the next generation. They have been faithfully serving together for more than five years, building a strong foundation grounded in biblical principles, intentional leadership, and a genuine love for people.
They began as Associate Pastors at a church in Alajuela, focusing on discipleship, leadership development, and creating spaces where people can have a real encounter with God. Today, they serve at Alcance, impacting our students' lives through fresh, relational, and relevant leadership for this generation.
Then he said to the crowd, "If any of you wants to be my follower, you must give up your own way, take up your cross daily, and follow me." Luke 9:23
Andrés and Viviana firmly believe in the power of a transformed, equipped, and commissioned generation, and they dedicate their lives to inspiring, guiding, and walking alongside others in their journey with God.
Equipping the Next Generation
One of the blessings of students living on campus is the opportunity for personalized and intentional discipleship. They have a place not only to study God’s Word through classes, but also through Bible studies, fellowship, and daily life together. It’s a space where they can ask questions, grow in their faith, and receive sound biblical counsel and encouragement.
What a blessing it is to have pastors who are devoted to following Jesus and committed to equipping future pastors, missionaries, and faithful servants of the Lord.
