Introducing Angie Grande!
Hi! Angie Grande here. I’m a 30-year-old follower of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
I was raised in a wonderful family in North Carolina. My path to missions wasn’t always straightforward, but my life has always had a clear direction: sharing Jesus with others.
I grew up in a church that taught me to love Jesus and serve people well. I played guitar, served on worship teams, helped with children’s and youth ministry, and even worked as a café coordinator—it was an incredible experience.
In my free time, I love hiking and discovering new trails. The outdoors is a place where I can truly rest and soak in God’s goodness.
A Sadness for the Lost
When I was in middle school, I began to feel a deep burden for those who didn’t know Jesus. Thinking about it would bring a real sense of sadness. I believed I was being called into missions, but I had no idea what that would look like.
At the time, I was very shy and antisocial, and I honestly wondered if God had chosen the wrong person.
But through prayer and taking small steps of faith, I began getting involved in local evangelism and church ministry. I also went on several short-term mission trips. Over time, it became clear that God was leading me into full-time missions.
And He did!
Honduras - Project Impact Coordinator
I have spent the past two years serving in Honduras as a Project Impact Coordinator. During that time, we partnered with local churches to lead children’s programs and operate feeding centers.
My heart continues to be burdened for those who don’t know Jesus. I am deeply thankful that God has called me and allowed me to share His good news with others.
I still feel a deep burden and sadness when I think about those who do not know Jesus. But over time, God has expanded that burden to also include those who are not walking in the victory He has given us.
